Who we are
Australia Travel Market is an independent travel publisher. For UK GDPR purposes we are the data controller for this website. You can reach us at kingsib@gmail.com.
What we collect directly
Nothing that identifies you. This site has no user accounts, no newsletter sign-up and no contact form. Our web server keeps standard access logs — IP address, page requested, referring page, browser type and timestamp — which are used for security, troubleshooting and aggregate traffic counts, and are not used to build a profile of you.
Cookies and similar technologies
We set no tracking cookies of our own. Cookies on this site come from third parties:

We display advertising supplied by Google. You should know the following:

Your legal basis and rights
Server logs are processed under our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and working. Advertising and affiliate cookies are set on the basis of your consent, which you give or refuse through the cookie banner.
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to object to processing, and to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. Given how little we hold, most requests can be answered immediately — email us.
Children
This site is aimed at adults booking holidays and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from them.
Data transfers and retention
Our web server is located in the United States, so server log data is processed there. Third-party advertising and affiliate partners operate internationally and handle data under their own policies. Access logs are retained for a short period and then discarded.
External sites
Once you follow a link to an operator, merchant or advertiser, their privacy policy applies, not ours. We have no control over their data practices.
Changes
If we change how this site handles data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
