What we can help with

  • Corrections. If a price, date or inclusion on this site is wrong, tell us and we will check it against the operator and fix it.
  • Questions about a tour. We can usually tell you how two itineraries differ, or what a given inclusion actually covers in practice.
  • Image and copyright queries. Photography is credited on our image credits page. If you hold rights to an image and believe it is used incorrectly, contact us and we will amend or remove it promptly.
  • Commercial enquiries. Operators and advertisers are welcome to get in touch.

What we cannot help with

We are a publisher, not a travel agent. We cannot take bookings, change or cancel a reservation, process refunds, or access your booking details. All bookings are made directly with the tour operator on their own ABTA and ATOL protected website, and they are the only people who can help with an existing booking. If you have booked through one of our links, contact the operator directly — their details will be on your confirmation.

Data requests

Under UK GDPR you can ask what personal data we hold about you. In practice this site has no accounts, no newsletter and no contact form, so the answer is almost always "nothing beyond a server log entry". Email us and we will confirm. See our privacy policy for the detail.
